Nikole Lenio-Slack graduated from Herzing College in 2021 with a Legal Assistant Diploma and has since gained valuable experience in various fields of law, including real estate, personal injury, and civil litigation. In 2023, she furthered her education by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Winnipeg.

In October 2023, Nikole joined the firm, where she now contributes her expertise to the Labour and Employment department.
