Michael Merner

Michael Merner is an Associate Lawyer at Cochrane Sinclair, specializing in labour and employment law. He provides comprehensive advice to clients on various matters, including discipline and terminations, workplace safety, employment policies, contracts, collective agreement interpretation, collective bargaining, and human rights issues. Michael also represents clients in labour arbitrations and wrongful dismissal litigation.

An active member of the Winnipeg community, he currently volunteers with the United Way, serving on the organizing committee for the annual United Way Golf Tournament.
