Kent Brown is a proud member of the Fisher River Cree Nation, a dedicated husband, and father of four daughters. He is a seasoned motivational speaker and an accomplished boxing coach. With 29 years of experience in human resources, Kent has built a distinguished career primarily in Indigenous social services, where he served as a Director overseeing all aspects of human resources.

Kent holds a Human Resources and Labour Relations Diploma from the University of Manitoba and Queen's University. He is proud to bring a First Nations perspective to his work, offering clients a diverse range of services that include coaching, policy development, labour relations, facilitation, conflict resolution, and performance management.
