As this work expands, we are looking to bring on a senior lawyer who can play a key role in shaping the next phase of the practice.
This is not a traditional role. It is an opportunity to step into an established area of work while helping define how it evolves. The successful candidate will be trusted to take on a broad range of claims, work directly with First Nations clients, and contribute to the long-term direction of the practice in BC.
With offices located on reserve lands and deep, ongoing relationships with the communities we serve, this work is grounded in proximity, trust, and impact. The role offers a unique environment where legal work is closely connected to the people and communities it supports.
For lawyers with an existing practice, there is also flexibility to transition that work into the firm. For others, this is an opportunity to step into a leadership position within a growing and highly specialized area.
