The Court of King’s Bench is Manitoba’s superior trial court, responsible for hearing a wide range of matters including civil disputes, family law proceedings, and criminal cases. Associate Judges play an important role within the court by managing and deciding a variety of procedural and pre-trial matters that help ensure cases move through the justice system efficiently and fairly.
Appointments to the court reflect both professional experience and the trust placed in individuals to support the administration of justice in the province.
Throughout his legal career, Luke has been deeply involved in legal work connected to Manitoba’s justice system, including complex proceedings involving child welfare and public inquiries.
